“The Greco Zone” Group Fitness Classes are circuit training classes and include multiple fitness/workout stations around the room where you will target your upper body, your lower body, your core and maximize your cardio output. You will use dumbbells, bodyweight, exercise balls, kettlebells, resistance bands and other state of the art fitness equipment. The classes are built on the philosophy that working out should inspire, encourage and motivate you to be your best self!
When you enter The Greco Zone, you will be in a dynamic fitness environment where participants are supervised to ensure that they are working at their own customized level of fitness. All ages, body types and experience levels are welcome and will be challenged appropriately. No gimmicks, crazy tricks or dangerous moves here. Just solid training backed by years of experience delivered by a passionate coach (me!).
If you have an acute injury, please consult with a medical professional to get the ok to workout first. If you have a non-acute injury or issue (prior surgery, ongoing pain or restricted movement), I can almost always work with you and modify exercises as needed.
